Import a CSV or XLSX of vendor contacts into groups of up to 2,000. Duplicates inside the file are removed, existing contacts are updated, and every address is verified as it comes in.

Before you import your first list

What file format should my vendor list be in?

CSV or XLSX. The columns are email (required), name and phone. Groups hold up to 2,000 contacts.

What happens to addresses that fail verification?

They are labeled and held back. Campaign creation blocks addresses that are not verified, so only sendable contacts are used.

What happens when a vendor unsubscribes or complains?

They go on the suppression list and are skipped on every later campaign. Hard bounces from the mail provider are handled the same way.

Can I apply to jobs on behalf of a consultant?

Yes. Use the platform apply flow or the Chrome extension, which fills the form from the selected consultant. The application is recorded under the consultant.

What do I see after I send?

Each campaign shows how many emails were sent, how many are pending, the delivery rate and bounces.

Can I schedule a campaign?

Not yet. Campaigns send as soon as you create them, so create them when you are ready to go.

Who is the email sent from?

It goes out through the platform’s mail service with your company name and postal address in the footer, and replies go to the reply-to address you set.

Who sees my hotlist?

Only people with the link, and only when you have marked the hotlist public. Private hotlists stay private.
